Electricity Pricing (Direct PPA)

• PGT Base Tariff: Competitive with UGT2 (THB/kWh).

  • Progressive Rate Bands:

    • • Small users: slightly higher entry rate, ensuring inclusivity.

      • Medium users: reduced rates as volume increases.

      • Large users: anchor tariff close to or below grid parity.

• Escalation: Annual adjustment linked to Thailand’s official CPI, ensuring predictable inflation-indexed pricing.

Thermal Energy Pricing (Steam/Heat Supply)

• PGT Base Tariff: Benchmarked against fossil boiler fuels (HFO, LPG, coal).

• Progressive Rate Bands:

  • 1. • Small steam users: competitive vs. HFO-fired boilers.

       • Medium–large users: discounts at higher tonnage.

       • Estate-scale networks: anchor rate for central steam supply.

• Escalation: Quarterly adjustment tied to EPPO-published HFO reference prices, capped to protect customers from volatility.

Customer Protections

• Cap & Floor System: Annual tariff changes are limited, preventing extreme cost spikes while maintaining project viability.

• Transparency: All indices are publicly available (MOC for CPI, EPPO for HFO/LPG), ensuring customers can verify calculations themselves.

• CBAM Compliance: Every kWh and ton of steam supplied comes with traceable certificates, ensuring acceptance under EU CBAM and RE100 frameworks.
